Work With Me

Here’s How We Can Work Together.

Why Pregnancy Isn’t Happening — And What’s Actually Preventing It

A workshop + Q&A for women who have been trying to conceive for months or years — and want to understand what’s actually preventing pregnancy so they can move forward with clarity instead of guesswork. Offered online and in-person.

Whether you’ve been told everything looks “normal” or you’ve been given a diagnosis like PCOS, endometriosis, or low progesterone — this workshop will help you understand what may still be missing and how to move forward.

If you're trying to get pregnant...

If you’ve been told everything looks normal but you’re still not pregnant — or you have a diagnosis like PCOS, endometriosis, or poor egg quality and still aren’t getting results — you don’t need another supplement or another failed cycle.

The Fertility Code is my 12-week, high-touch fertility program. We examine your full history, run the right labs, and build a personalized protocol around what’s actually preventing pregnancy — so you can conceive naturally or move into IVF with confidence.

With 1:1 coaching, direct access between calls, lab reviews, and real accountability, you stop second-guessing and start moving forward with clarity.

PMS, bloating, painful periods, mood swings, insomnia, weight that won’t budge — these are common. They’re not normal. Your body is designed to feel energized, clear-headed, and good in your body. When your hormones are off, you feel it everywhere.

My nutrition support helps you identify what’s actually driving the imbalance and address it through targeted diet and lifestyle changes — so the way you feel starts matching the life you want to live.

Postpartum nutrition support

If you're in the postpartum journey...

The fourth trimester is one of the most nutritionally demanding seasons of a woman’s life — and one of the most overlooked.

My postpartum nutrition support helps you understand what your body actually needs right now, replenish what’s been depleted, rebuild your energy from the inside out, and find your footing in a season that asks everything of you — so you can actually show up for your baby and yourself.

Challah French toast for the win 🙌🏼 I can’t seem Challah French toast for the win 🙌🏼

I can’t seem to get Oliver to eat eggs these days 😭. He used to eat 2-3 every day, which I loved. But now he’s in full refusal mode.

So this morning I got creative – three eggs, hidden in the best possible way.

Leftover challah soaked in 3 eggs + A2 full fat milk + cinnamon & sea salt, cooked in grass-fed ghee. I didn’t even need to add maple syrup - he loves it topped with lots of grass-fed butter, I think challah is naturally sweet enough on its own.

Both boys devoured it.

That’s a mom win I’ll take any day. 👏🏼

Despite being a hormone-free IUD, does the copper Despite being a hormone-free IUD, does the copper IUD affect your hormones?

SUCH A GREAT QUESTION.

And one that I have a lot of opinions on.

Yes, the copper IUD is a hormone-free IUD.

Yes, the copper IUD can (and often does) affect your hormones.

Is it a safer alternative to hormonal IUDs? Absolutely. Without a doubt.

B U T

Like all birth control methods, the copper IUD isn’t without side effects.

First, let’s have a look at how the copper IUD works:

1. The copper IUD prevents the uterine lining from thickening and creates an inflammatory response in the uterus, which impairs implantation.

2. The copper IUD makes the cervical fluid thick and sticky so sperm can’t get through.

3. The copper is toxic to sperm: it impairs its motility, and the copper concentration in the cervical mucus is higher, which also inhibits sperm motility.

So, what does all of this mean?

It means sperm can’t reach an egg to fertilize it and the uterine lining is not hospitable to successful implantation.

There is one major way that the copper IUD can affect hormones ...

Copper is an antagonist for zinc.

Which means they compete for absorption.

Adequate bioavailable zinc supports ovulation and raises progesterone, so when copper is too high compared to zinc, we tend to run into problems with ovulation, which will lower progesterone in relation to estrogen, and can lead to menstrual cycle and fertility abnormalities.

I’m a big proponent of cycle tracking & ovulation tracking - definitely track your cycles to confirm ovulation if you have the copper IUD.

Here’s the biggest pro that I tell clients about the copper IUD:

Because it doesn’t contain synthetic hormones, you can still treat and resolve hormone imbalances and cycle issues with diet and lifestyle changes because there are no synthetic hormones interfering.

Your brain relies on nutrients. 🧠 Not willpower. Your brain relies on nutrients. 🧠

Not willpower. Not just positive thinking.

Actual vitamins and minerals — and when they’re low, everything feels harder than it should. 🥴

Anxiety. Low mood. Brain fog. Irritable. That flat, disconnected feeling you can’t quite explain.

These are the 7 nutrients I look at first when a woman tells me something feels off with how she feels every day. My favorite brand reco’s are in my link in bio.

Save this. Your future self will thank you.

If you’re also navigating fertility challenges, this isn’t a coincidence. Nutrient deficiencies are one of the most overlooked hidden drivers preventing pregnancy. Inside The Fertility Code, we investigate what’s actually going on — so you stop guessing and start getting answers.
