Work With Me

Here’s How We Can Work Together.

Why Pregnancy Isn’t Happening — And What’s Actually Preventing It

A workshop + Q&A for women who have been trying to conceive for months or years — and want to understand what’s actually preventing pregnancy so they can move forward with clarity instead of guesswork. Offered online and in-person.

Whether you’ve been told everything looks “normal” or you’ve been given a diagnosis like PCOS, endometriosis, or low progesterone — this workshop will help you understand what may still be missing and how to move forward.

If you're trying to get pregnant...

If you’ve been told everything looks normal but you’re still not pregnant — or you have a diagnosis like PCOS, endometriosis, or poor egg quality and still aren’t getting results — you don’t need another supplement or another failed cycle.

The Fertility Code is my 12-week, high-touch fertility program. We examine your full history, run the right labs, and build a personalized protocol around what’s actually preventing pregnancy — so you can conceive naturally or move into IVF with confidence.

With 1:1 coaching, direct access between calls, lab reviews, and real accountability, you stop second-guessing and start moving forward with clarity.

If you're already pregnant...

Pregnancy nutrition made easy.

Learn exactly what to eat for a healthy pregnancy, what lifestyle factors are important for nourishing you and your baby, what supplements are important to include (and why quality matters!), what specifics to focus on during each trimester, and many other critical factors to ensure a healthy, happy pregnancy, and a well nourished baby and mama.

If you're trying to fix your hormone imbalance...

PMS, bloating, painful periods, mood swings, insomnia, weight that won’t budge — these are common. They’re not normal. Your body is designed to feel energized, clear-headed, and good in your body. When your hormones are off, you feel it everywhere.

My nutrition support helps you identify what’s actually driving the imbalance and address it through targeted diet and lifestyle changes — so the way you feel starts matching the life you want to live.

Postpartum nutrition support

If you're in the postpartum journey...

The fourth trimester is one of the most nutritionally demanding seasons of a woman’s life — and one of the most overlooked.

My postpartum nutrition support helps you understand what your body actually needs right now, replenish what’s been depleted, rebuild your energy from the inside out, and find your footing in a season that asks everything of you — so you can actually show up for your baby and yourself.

“Tell me what to do. I’ll do anything.” I hear th “Tell me what to do. I’ll do anything.”

I hear this all the time from women preparing for an IVF cycle. They want to know if there’s anything they can possibly do to improve their chances of a successful IVF retrieval and transfer.

Here’s the thing - timing matters more than intensity.

One of the biggest misconceptions about IVF is that egg development starts when the injections begin. But it doesn’t.

The eggs collected during your retrieval have actually been developing for roughly 90–120 days before that.

During those months, they’re continuously responding to the environment of your body every single day. What you eat, how you live, when you sleep, all of it.

That doesn’t mean you can control everything. And this isn’t about doing IVF “perfectly”. There’s no such thing.

And it certainly doesn’t mean nutrition and lifestyle changes replace medicine.

It simply means there are pieces of the process you can influence before treatment begins. And those pieces deserve attention.

There’s a modifiable window here that most women find out about afterward, looking backward, trying to understand what happened and why they didn’t get the results they hoped for.

Over the next few posts, I’m sharing what actually matters and the most meaningful levels you can pull.

Follow along for Part 2 – why I often say fertility challenges are rarely “unexplained”. They’re uninvestigated.

If the week before your period leaves you feeling If the week before your period leaves you feeling like a different person 😵‍💫, that’s not something to just push through.

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) isn’t “PMS but worse.” It’s a heightened sensitivity to the same hormone shift every woman experiences, specifically the progesterone drop and its effect on serotonin.

During the second half of your cycle, progesterone naturally rises and then falls before your period. This hormone shift influences neurotransmitters like serotonin, which steadies your mood.

For most women, that shift causes mild symptoms.

For women with PMDD, the brain and nervous system may respond much more intensely, which is why symptoms like hopelessness, anxiety, rage, panic, or feeling completely unlike yourself can show up alongside bloating, breast tenderness, headaches, or fatigue.

This isn’t about being “too emotional.”

It’s about the way your brain and nervous system respond to hormonal changes. And that’s something we can absolutely investigate and support.

It’s also one of the reasons I pay so much attention to the luteal phase in women trying to conceive. Progesterone doesn’t just help support implantation—it also plays an important role in mood, sleep, and nervous system regulation throughout the second half of the cycle.

The good news is PMDD responds super well to targeted support. Magnesium, omega 3s and vitamin D first, herbs like Vitex and ashwagandha layered in with a practitioner’s guidance, and then a focus on blood sugar stability, especially during the luteal phase when inflammation and cravings tend to increase.

Track your cycle so you can see the pattern, not just feel blindsided by it each month.

Prioritize your mental health. Existing diagnoses of depression and anxiety are more common in women with PMDD, so it’s important to take care of your mental health, as much as your hormonal health.

I wrote a full breakdown of the testing, the supplement protocol, the herbal options (with dosing), and what to try first on my blog, check link in bio.
