Work With Me

Here’s How We Can Work Together.

Why Pregnancy Isn’t Happening — And What’s Actually Preventing It

A workshop + Q&A for women who have been trying to conceive for months or years — and want to understand what’s actually preventing pregnancy so they can move forward with clarity instead of guesswork. Offered online and in-person.

Whether you’ve been told everything looks “normal” or you’ve been given a diagnosis like PCOS, endometriosis, or low progesterone — this workshop will help you understand what may still be missing and how to move forward.

If you're trying to get pregnant...

If you’ve been told everything looks normal but you’re still not pregnant — or you have a diagnosis like PCOS, endometriosis, or poor egg quality and still aren’t getting results — you don’t need another supplement or another failed cycle.

The Fertility Code is my 12-week, high-touch fertility program. We examine your full history, run the right labs, and build a personalized protocol around what’s actually preventing pregnancy — so you can conceive naturally or move into IVF with confidence.

With 1:1 coaching, direct access between calls, lab reviews, and real accountability, you stop second-guessing and start moving forward with clarity.

If you're already pregnant...

Pregnancy nutrition made easy.

Learn exactly what to eat for a healthy pregnancy, what lifestyle factors are important for nourishing you and your baby, what supplements are important to include (and why quality matters!), what specifics to focus on during each trimester, and many other critical factors to ensure a healthy, happy pregnancy, and a well nourished baby and mama.

If trying to fix your hormone imbalance...

PMS, bloating, painful periods, mood swings, insomnia, weight that won’t budge — these are common. They’re not normal. Your body is designed to feel energized, clear-headed, and good in your body. When your hormones are off, you feel it everywhere.

My nutrition support helps you identify what’s actually driving the imbalance and address it through targeted diet and lifestyle changes — so the way you feel starts matching the life you want to live.

Postpartum nutrition support

If you're in the postpartum journey...

The fourth trimester is one of the most nutritionally demanding seasons of a woman’s life — and one of the most overlooked.

My postpartum nutrition support helps you understand what your body actually needs right now, replenish what’s been depleted, rebuild your energy from the inside out, and find your footing in a season that asks everything of you — so you can actually show up for your baby and yourself.

Quick note before we get into it — I’m not current Quick note before we get into it — I’m not currently pregnant ☺️. This video is from my pregnancy with Oliver 🤍. But the message is still the same all these years later.

Movement during pregnancy isn’t about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about supporting your body through a season where a lot is changing — quickly.

When done appropriately for your body, continued exercise during pregnancy can:
→ ease common symptoms like back pain, constipation, bloating, and swelling
→ support more stable energy and mood
→ improve sleep quality
→ help regulate weight gain in a sustainable way
→ maintain strength and muscle tone
→ lower the risk of gestational diabetes
→ support a more efficient labour
→ reduce the likelihood of a C-section

The general recommendation is at least ~150 minutes of moderate movement per week — but that doesn’t need to look perfect.

Think: 30-60 minutes, 5 days a week, or smaller pockets of movement throughout the day.

If you’re new to exercise, start small. Even 5–10 minutes a day is enough to begin. Build gradually, week by week, in a way that feels manageable — not overwhelming.

If you were active pre-pregnancy, you can usually continue with most of your regular routine (with your provider’s approval), but this isn’t the time to push through signals from your body.

If you notice things like ongoing soreness, frequent injury, or unintentional weight loss, it’s worth adjusting both your training and your nutrition. Pregnancy increases your needs — under-fueling will catch up quickly.

Regardless of where you’re starting from, the goal is the same: stay connected to your body.

Pay attention to how you feel, and stop if you experience:
→ vaginal bleeding
→ regular or painful contractions
→ leaking fluid
→ dizziness or feeling faint
→ shortness of breath before starting movement
→ chest pain
→ a persistent headache
→ muscle weakness
→ calf pain or swelling

And don’t skip the basics — warm up, stretch, hydrate, and avoid overheating.

This isn’t about intensity. It’s about consistency, awareness, and supporting your body in
Most people are either doing nothing . . . or try Most people are either doing nothing . . .

or trying to do everything when it comes to fertility.

This sits somewhere in the middle.

Simple, supportive, and actually sustainable.

Castor oil therapy is one of those practices that’s been around for a long time — and for good reason.

It’s often paired with practices like uterine massage or abdominal work, as they share a similar goal: improving blood flow, reducing stagnation, and supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate and repair.

Castor oil packs are often used as a supportive therapy when we’re working on hormone and fertility health.

You might consider them if your goal is to support:
→ ovarian and uterine health
→ healthy circulation to the reproductive organs
→ preconception support like increasing egg quality and supporting uterine health
→ minimizing scar tissue from endometriosis or fibroids
→ unblocking fallopian tubes
→ liver function
→ tissue healing and mobility

Fertility isn’t just about one hormone or one organ — it’s about how multiple systems are working together.

Supporting circulation, lymphatic movement, and liver function can help create a more supportive internal environment — whether you’re actively trying to conceive or simply working on your overall hormone health.

It’s not about adding more for the sake of it — it’s about choosing the few things that genuinely help your body function better, and being consistent with them.

Castor oil packs can be a helpful piece — but they’re just one part of a much bigger picture.

If you’re ready to understand what your body specifically needs (and what’s worth focusing on vs. what’s not), this is the work I do with my 1:1 clients. Check my link in bio to schedule a free fertility strategy call.

PCOS is often treated as a hormone problem. But PCOS is often treated as a hormone problem.

But in practice, it’s rarely just about hormones.

PCOS reflects a combination of:
→ insulin signaling
→ inflammation
→ androgen balance
→ ovulation

And when those systems are under stress, symptoms begin to show up. 😵‍💫

→ Irregular cycles

→ Acne & excess hair growth

→ Difficulty ovulating

→ Changes in weight or energy

One of the most common things I see is women trying to manage symptoms . . .

Without addressing what’s actually driving them. 🤨

That’s where targeted support can make a difference.

Being intentional with what nutrients we choose to use in order to support the systems that influence:
→ blood sugar regulation
→ hormone signaling
→ ovulation
→ inflammation

The goal isn’t to take every supplement.

It’s to understand what *your* body actually needs.

Because when the underlying drivers are supported, cycles often become more regular, ovulation improves, and symptoms begin to shift.  😮‍💨

If you’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, save this so you have it when reviewing your supplements — or building a more intentional approach to supporting your cycle and fertility.

Most fertility conversations focus on women. But Most fertility conversations focus on women.

But nearly 50% of infertility cases involve male factors. 🤯

And yet . . . this piece is often overlooked, under-tested, or brushed off with a basic semen analysis and a “you’re fine.”

The truth?

Male fertility is deeply influenced by nutrition, lifestyle, and overall health — and small shifts here can make a meaningful difference in your chances of conception.

If you’re navigating fertility as a couple, starting with the basics is essential.

Sperm quality isn’t random — it reflects what’s happening in the body over time.

Just like egg development, sperm follow a defined lifecycle.

Spermatogenesis — the process of creating sperm from stem cells — takes at least 72 days.

After that, sperm continue to mature and refine their structure for another 10–14 days.

Which means what you do today…
directly impacts sperm quality over the next ~90 days.

This timeline can’t be sped up.

But it can definitely be supported.

When we use that window intentionally — with the right nutrition, strategic lifestyle habits, and targeted supplementation — we can improve:
→ sperm count
→ motility
→ morphology
→ DNA integrity

In practice, this is why I focus on:
→ mitochondrial function (energy of the cell)
→ cellular damage
→ hormone signaling
→ nutrient status

Because these are the systems that drive sperm health.

If you’re looking for a simple way to optimize sperm quality, one option I often recommend is Swim Club. 🏊‍♂️

It’s a clinically formulated, all-in-one sachet designed to support male fertility — with key nutrients included at evidence-informed doses to support sperm development across the full lifecycle.
→ 1 sachet daily
→ designed to support the full spermatogenic cycle

Check out my link in bio to purchase Swim Club, and use code SarahJane20 for 20% off your first order.

Save this post so you have it when thinking about the next 90 days — because that window matters more than most people realize. 👏🏼
