Happy Holidays! I hope you’re enjoying this magical time of year! The holiday season is officially here, and I’m certain I’m not the only one doing some last minute shopping ;). Lucky for you, I’m sharing some of my favorite gifts to give in case you’re looking for inspiration.
Of course many of these gifts are food, because well, I love food! But I’ve also included some of my favorite skincare products, kitchen gadgets and more! I think you’ll love what I’ve picked out this year!
Equal Exchange Organic Extreme Dark Chocolate Bar, 88% cacao: This is hands down one of my favorite chocolate bars that I keep stocked at all times. There’s more grams of fiber than sugar, yet it’s so deliciously smooth – you’d never know! Organic, soy-free, dairy-free, fair trade, and kosher, this chocolate is a perfect stocking stuffer.
Primal Chocolate Midnight Coconut: For those of you out there that want ZERO sweeteners in your chocolate, you’ve got to check out Primal Chocolate’s Midnight Coconut bar. Made with only 4 ingredients: organic cacao, organic cacao butter, organic shredded coconut, organic vanilla – it’s amazing. No dairy, soy, added sugar or sweeteners.
Go Raw Bars: These are one of my go-to snacks for days when I’m out hiking, on the beach, or if I know I won’t be able to sit down to a good meal for a few hours and need something nourishing and quick to tide me over. All the Go Raw bars are organic, gluten-free, and sprouted which makes them easier to digest and rich in protein, enzymes, minerals, phytonutrients, and fiber. Gopal’s Raw Coconut Butter: Coconut butter has a slightly sweet and creamy flavor with a similar texture to nut butter. I’m a huge fan of coconut butter and use it all the time. I blend it into tea, smear on bananas, use it for baking, and eat it straight from the jar when I’m looking for something sweet! I love this brand because it’s 100% raw and tastes super fresh. Your foodie friends or family will love this one!
Laird’s Superfood Creamer : This dairy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, soy-free, vegan creamer is nutrient-dense and incredibly delicious. Made with coconut milk powder, aquamin (a sea algae PACKED with minerals), organic red palm oil, and organic extra virgin coconut oil, this superfood creamer adds amazing flavor and an energy boost to my usual morning tea. Laird Hamilton, the world’s most prolific big wave surfer, created this whole line of superfood products which I absolutely love and make great gifts!
Laird’s Superfood Performance & Energy Mushroom Blend : Another great product from the Laird’s Superfood line is this incredible mushroom blend that enhances energy, performance, recovery, and the immune system. Four unique mushrooms have been combined for endurance (cordyceps), recovery (chaga), brain health (Lion’s mane) and immune system function (maitake). I love to add it to my morning tea and daily smoothies. And for those of you who don’t like the taste of mushrooms, I promise it doesn’t have a strong flavor at all! Bulletproof Collagen Protein: Incredibly easy to use as it mixes easily in both hot and cold liquids, I love adding collagen to my morning tea, smoothies, soups and oatmeal.
